Since 1999, the Needham Community Revitalization Trust Fund (NCRTF) has worked to help revitalize public spaces in ways that uplift our spirits and encourages a joyful, connected community experience.

One way is through each privately sponsored Celebration Bench that shares people's gratitude for others in our parks, walkways, and gathering spots across town.

Tell The Stories Of Needham People Who Made A Positive, Lasting Difference In The World. Each one filled with images, a written story and a connected video that goes deeper into their life and accomplishments.
Add Another Element Of Cultural Vibrancy To Our Community. It's the approach to life of the people who live and have lived here that creates the experience of our community. And knowing why their work mattered can sometimes help us connect to what matters to us.
Consistently Changes The Visible Landscape To Keep The Needham Atmosphere Interesting And Fun. With each new profile, we learn more about what's possible, and also experience a changing display that brings us back to discover more.
Create A Pedestrian Point Of Interest That Helps Make Walking More Of A Discovery Adventure. The more fun it is to walk our downtown, the more it encourages us to spend more time walking around to discover more.

We have completed nearly 40 individual projects from the Circle Of Peace, Once Upon A Time sculptures on Town Common, the Willet And Chadwick Wall Mural Restoration, Claxton Field Bleachers, Grt. Plain Public Archway and Walkway, Celebration Benches, to Signal Box Art, a Water Fountain, a Custom Gate, Welcome To Needham Signs and many more!

Your Donations also allow us to Fund and Manage
The Town Wide Banner and American Flag Displays including the Chapel Street Banner Showcase for Needham Non-profits.
